The queen was shown at Kiruna’s art gallery 2023 when Ida Bentinger became the ”Kiruna scholarship holder”
It was created specifically for this for this occasion, as a result of working site specific.
The installation is a mixture of impressions and patterns, materials and shapes of Kiruna, as the artist interprets it. A moldboard over the north of Sweden.
The sculpture is made of fabric and shines from within.
