Floating on local lake Sämsjön’s water surface, it reminds us of the importance of water for life and cycles, which is also reflected in the shape of the pattern where the spaces in between are as important as the meshes in understanding the whole. Like a symbol that intertwines the material and intangible traces of history, industrial premises echoes empty together with lost knowledge. The thread that weaves past, present and future is endless and the pattern expands into the infinite.
