2019 -Who is represented in our public spaces ?
What kind of expression is allowed there. What kind of persons are celebrating.
This was questions I used in my LandArt installation for the art festival PerAspera. I wanted to shed some light over female art and crafts. In the village I was surpose to make an installation I learned that had a tradition of knitting. I wanted to use that and put knittings out in a public place as contemporary RT. TO TO THIS I asked the women of ….to knit for me during the summer. In the end of the sumer i went and collect all the pieces and started to put them all tighter in a big red net.
